Group Accounting Policy & Advisory Lead

Flow Traders is looking for an experienced Group Accounting Policy & Advisory Lead to join our team in Amsterdam. The Group Accounting Policy & Advisory Lead is responsible for coordinating the Group’s quarterly financial reporting cycle, including the half-year and annual reporting processes. This role also oversees the reporting and filing obligations of Flow Traders Ltd subsidiaries and serves as a subject matter expert in interpreting and applying complex accounting standards. The objective is to ensure regulatory compliance and deliver accurate, high-quality financial reporting. This position reports to the Head of Group Reporting & FP&A and works closely with Finance and Business teams across EMEA, APAC, and the United States. In addition, the role manages relationships with external auditors.  What you will do Coordinate the Group’s quarterly financial reporting cycle, including half-year and annual reporting processes Oversee statutory and regulatory reporting, including preparation of Group financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Dutch GAAP Manage all reporting and filing obligations for Flow Traders Ltd subsidiaries Deliver reliable, timely and accurate group financial reporting pack as part of month-close activities, which include financial accounting and control, analysis and group consolidation Monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures, update and create policies where required, matching the fast-paced development of
