Global Mobility Manager
The Global Mobility Manager (12-month contract)
is responsible for
overseeing the day-to-day delivery and ongoing evolution of
Optiver's
global mobility function.
The role ensures
consistent, high-quality
mobility services across all regions through a combination of case portfolio oversight, operational leadership, and continuous improvement.
Working with a globally distributed team of mobility professionals, the Global Mobility Manager drives alignment
in
global ways of working,
supports
on complex mobility
cases
,
and
identifies
opportunities to enhance processes,
controls
,
and
the
employee experience
.
This is a hands-on role that combines operational execution with functional leadership, requiring the ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery.
What
youโll
do
Oversee the global mobility case portfolio, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across all regions.
Lead and support a globally distributed
team of
mobility specialists
through
a combination of direct and matrix reporting relationships.
Act as the escalation point for complex mobility cases and provide hands-on case management support when
required
.
Embed and continuously improve global mobility processes,
controls
,
and ways of working.
Identify
opportunities to enhance efficiency,
automation,
and employee experience, partnering with relevant teams to implement improvements.
Establish and
monitor
service
levels
, case trends, and stakeholder feedback to dr
