Global Head of Operations and Middle Office

Flow Traders is a leading global proprietary trading firm and a principal liquidity provider and market maker across ETFs, bonds, FX & Digital Assets. We are looking for a Global Head of Operations and Middle Office to join our Amsterdam office. The Global Head of Operations is responsible for the strategic direction, global coordination, and continuous optimization of the operational infrastructure across all geographies. This includes full accountability for post-trade execution, trade support, process automation whilst maintaining Operational Risk Management and regulatory compliance. The role is pivotal in enabling scalability, efficiency, and control in support of Flow Traders' trading ambitions.
