About this role
Lead complex urban area development projects in the Amsterdam metropolitan region. You will oversee the transformation of existing buildings, vacant land, or development-ready sites into vibrant residential and commercial areas, potentially across multiple phases. Responsibilities include managing concepts, planning, finances, and stakeholder collaboration, while representing Dura Vermeer's interests in partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams including concept developers and project developers to accelerate project momentum and establish strong foundations for execution.

- Proven experience as an area developer or in a similar senior development role
