About this role
Functional application manager role at XCENT (part of Centric), supporting municipal government clients across departments such as Citizen Services, Finance, Taxation, Social Services, or Physical Domain. You will manage system functionality and optimization of Centric applications, analyze information needs, drive process improvements, and ensure quality. Responsibilities include translating technical capabilities into practical solutions, advising management, configuring applications efficiently, performing quality checks, and resolving incidents. You will be deployed at one or more Dutch government institutions, gaining exposure to diverse organizations and developing expertise in your field.
