We are looking for a Financial Controller who owns the financial engine end to end, and understands how it connects to the operating machine around it. At our stage, these are the same conversations: inventory financing drives purchasing, supplier terms drive margins, and fulfilment costs hit cash flow directly. You own the full loop: cash in, product moved, cash out, reported cleanly and in real time. You: Own the group's financial reporting: the reliable source for all financial data, with dashboards and alerts so we always see exactly what is happening Run the monthly and quarterly close, with clean, auditable numbers across every brand Manage funding and cash flow: loans, credit lines, inventory financing, supplier terms Set and maintain operating cadence for financial reviews: weekly, monthly, quarterly rhythms that keep every brand on track Map and improve financial processes so AI agents can handle them fully and o
