Field Software Engineer

We value diversity, inclusion and sustainability as we strive to make a positive impact on the world.  Our development programs help support your growth, shaping your future and pushing the boundaries of innovation to unleash potential.   Key responsibilities:  Participate in the Software Development Process:  Submit requirements based on customer input and field experience.  Review specifications and designs as a customer advocate.  Review release notes and be prepared to explain new features and bug fixes to customers.  Present new software releases to the customer base.  Travel to customer factories as needed to provide timely and effective software support.  Diagnose, document and resolve software issues in the field.  Work closely with Product Team including software & hardware engineers, process engineers and marketing to develop requirements and design definition for software features.  Work with Product Support to investigate and resolve field reported issues on released products. 
