Field CTO - Public Sector

FEQ327R276 Databricks is seeking a Field Chief Technology Officer (Field CTO) for the Public Sector business to serve as a senior, customer-facing technology and mission transformation leader for strategic government and education accounts. This individual-contributor role sits at the intersection of data and AI strategy, mission modernization, public-sector operating models, and executive relationship building, working closely with C-level leaders to drive multi-year change on the data platform while representing real-world needs back into Databricks.​ The role will focus on helping agencies, departments, and public institutions use the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform to modernize data estates, strengthen security, improve operations, and deploy AI responsibly in support of mission outcomes.
