Experienced Recruiter – Technology and Business Operations

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Experienced Recruitment team and   drive   hiring across technology and business operations roles. This is a high-impact role for someone who can quickly understand different teams and talent markets, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and develop thoughtful strategies to attract outstanding candidates. Prior experience in trading or financial services is not required;   we are particularly interested in recruiters who can bring fresh perspectives and translate experience from other   highly performing, innovative organizations.   Your Core Responsibilities:  Partner closely with leaders across technology and business operations to understand their teams, priorities, and hiring needs.   Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent markets, candidate availability, assessment, and recruiting best practices.   Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies that engage both active and passive candidates across a diverse range of functions and experience levels.   Build high-quality talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, research, and long-term relationship building.   Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role intake and market mapping through assessment, offer, and close.   Assess candidates for their
