Sweco Architects seeks an experienced urban planner or designer for their area development team in De Bilt. You will work on integrated projects focused on creating healthy and sustainable living environments. The role involves developing spatial concepts, designing residential areas, sports and business parks, and complex transformation zones. You'll collaborate with project managers, planners, and area economists across the Utrecht and North Holland regions, translating societal developments into spatial designs and building stakeholder support through effective communication.
