About this role
IG&H is looking for an experienced Business Analyst specializing in insurance to advise clients on innovative solutions in the claims domain. You will translate complex insurance processes into smart IT solutions and help shape the industry's digital transformation. Working closely with insurers, intermediaries, and brokers, you will analyze existing workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and convert client needs into clear functional and technical specifications. You'll collaborate across disciplines within IG&H—including other analysts, UX/UI designers, low-code specialists, and Agile facilitators—to develop practical, future-proof solutions using the Novulo platform.
