Profile Description: Operating at programme level, the Equipment Procurement Lead is responsible for defining and driving the procurement strategy for long lead equipment across data centre developments within Continental Europe. The role focuses on establishing procurement foundations, including policies, frameworks, governance and category strategies, while ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of critical equipment aligned with project requirements. Beyond strategic setup, the role oversees the full procurement lifecycle—from supplier onboarding and tendering to contract award and performance management—ensuring alignment with construction programmes, risk mitigation strategies, and ESG objectives. This position also plays a key role in embedding procurement best practices across project teams, fostering collaboration, and enabling scalable, efficient delivery across multiple data centre projects.
