About this role

Drive product adoption and build strategic relationships with Datadog's largest customers in Thailand. Work across sales, engineering, and support teams to onboard enterprise clients, identify their business needs, and demonstrate product value. Serve as a trusted advisor, monitor usage patterns to identify growth and renewal risks, and manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through contract optimization.

What you'll likely bring

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts with large enterprise clients
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 or similarly large organizations
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with sales, support, product, and other teams
  • Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into product value propositions
  • Experience with usage analysis and contract optimization
