The primary responsibility of this position is to perform Complete Kit Management (CKM) activities at customer sites, supporting equipment operations and maintenance requirements. In addition, the Field Service Technician will work as part of the same team as the Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and provide support for FSE activities as required, including equipment installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and other field service-related tasks.
