What you’ll do Responsibilities Work with a team of talented engineers and product managers to drive growth, solve user problems, and deliver operational excellence.  Collaborate with stakeholders across disciplines, time zones, and across the company to achieve the best outcomes for our users.  Build the plans, rhythm, and support for your team to deliver its best work.  Contribute to the broader Tax Engineering organization through technical leadership, process and tooling improvements.  Lead, coach, retain, and recruit engineers on the team.  Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of Stripe’s engineering management team. Who you are Minimum requirements Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus ten (10) years of experience in Software Engineering, of which, at least 5 years must be post bachelor's progressive experience.
