About the role: What's in the Box As the Engineering Manager for the Deliveries squad at HelloFresh, you will lead the engineering vision and execution for how customers control their box week to week. Your squad owns the systems that keep a subscription flexing with the customer's life: skip, pause and resume, reschedule, delivery cadence, delivery day, and address changes — the controls a customer uses before an order locks in at cutoff — along with the home and delivery feed that surfaces them. Delivery planning is where correctness, resilience, and scale matter most: every change a customer makes must be applied accurately and in time before cutoff, and the platform must hold up at HelloFresh scale — around 7 million active customers across 18 countries, with close to 1 billion meals delivered a year. You and your team will work in a cross-functional squad with product, frontend, and data.
