Overview Unifying newly acquired companies into the core Abacus technical environment. You’ll handle the technical heavy lifting—migrating Microsoft 365 tenants, moving identities (SSO), consolidating file storage, and merging communication tools. As part of a newly forming team, your initial focus will span both M&A execution and foundational platform engineering. This will involve supporting the Abacus hosted services, endpoint environments, and end‑user experience. Focuses on automation, standardization, security posture. This will be temporarily as these services transition toanother team. Once fully established, your focus will center on unifying newly acquired companies intothe Abacus environment: migrating Microsoft 365 tenants, moving identities (SSO), consolidating file storage, and merging communication tools. Equally important to the technical execution is clear, proactive communication. A smooth migration depends on preparing incoming teams for what’s changing, setting expectations, and guiding them through Day 1. We don't expect you to be a deep subject matter expert in every single technology on day one.
