Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate customers’ escalations and feedback. Investigate the causes of non-conformances and to implement solutions Identify, record, document thoroughly and track internal manufacturing index Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Engineers, Logistics, Commodity ) to identify system gaps and improved onmanufacturing flow requirements Track quality assurance metrics   Requirements Technical undergraduate degree or equivalent QA experience for >5 years Demonstrated leadership skills
