As part of our Power Practice — our centre of expertise for energy and power strategy — we are strengthening our in-house capabilities to manage energy as a strategic driver of performance, cost, and customer value across the platform. We are seeking an Energy Procurement & Commercialisation Manager to lead energy procurement, commercialization, and operational oversight and balancing across our data centre portfolio. This is a new role, offering a unique opportunity to build and shape the energy function from the ground up within a fast-growing platform. Operating in an entrepreneurial and evolving environment, you will play a key role in defining processes, strategies, and partnerships, with a high degree of ownership and autonomy. The role sits at the intersection of energy markets and operations, ensuring reliable, cost-effective, and scalable energy supply, while enabling commercial energy solutions for our customers. You will will work in close collaboration with the Data Centre Operations team and development teams, who retain responsibility for grid connection and site selection.
