Employee Experience & Workplace Manager

Job Description As the Employee Experience & Workplace Manager at HelloFresh, you will be the strategic driver of employee engagement, company culture, and workplace operations across Australia and New Zealand. This role is based in Chippendale, Sydney, and reports directly to the Director of People & Culture. In this role, you will lead and mentor a distributed team of Workplace Operations Coordinators across Sydney, Brisbane, and NZ to optimise hybrid office layouts. You will act as a key change agent and storyteller with data, partnering closely with business leaders to drive cultural shifts, design strategic action plans, and oversee our vibrant, safe, and high-performing hybrid work environments in Sydney, Brisbane, and New Zealand.  You will… Drive Engagement & Data Storytelling: Interpret raw metrics from Peakon lifecycle surveys to build compelling executive decks and partner with HRBPs to execute data-driven regional engagement strategies.  Lead Cultural Execution: Own the end-to-end planning of our annual calendar of cultural and learning events, from large-scale parties to local initiatives, acting as a strategic advisor to local leadership teams. Deliver L&D & Capability Roadmaps: Partner with the global team and our local HRBPs to deliver high-impact Learning & Development initiatives, organising a quarterly roadmap aligned with regional needs and tracking impact metrics Shape the Employee Journey : Partner with Talent Acquisitio
