In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in converting artwork, logos, illustrations, and customer designs into optimized embroidery stitch files using Tajima DG16. This individual combines technical digitizing expertise, embroidery production knowledge, and quality control skills to create efficient stitch plans that run smoothly on commercial embroidery machines while maintaining the highest possible visual quality. The ideal candidate understands not only how to digitize designs, but why specific stitch types, densities, underlays, pull compensation, and sequencing decisions affect production outcomes. We’re looking for passionate individuals who can bring their unique skills and ideas to the table.
