Director, Web Marketing

MKTQ327R30 Databricks is hiring an experienced web leader to grow and scale the function globally, as the company continues its hyper-growth and leadership in the Data and AI space. You will be an essential member of the marketing leadership team, drawing on all of our internal resources to bring our marketing strategy to our digital audiences — and increasingly to a new kind of audience: the AI agents and assistants that now read, interpret, and act on the web on behalf of the people we're trying to reach. You will ultimately be measured on your ability to develop a cohesive portfolio of web properties built for scale, personalization, and this next era of how people and machines discover and evaluate companies. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will build and oversee a product team focused on executing and iterating on marketing priorities. The ideal candidate has held a senior digital leadership role in a high-performing marketing organization at a company experiencing rapid growth. You have operated at scale in a global environment while maintaining a solution-oriented mindset and approach.
