About the Role Flex is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Director of Strategic Partnerships to launch, manage, and scale our most complex, high-impact enterprise partnerships in the core rent vertical - including exploring new entry points for the rent consumer through new types of partnerships. This role is ideal for a driven strategic operator with a proven record of autonomously delivering measurable results through partnership growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing partnership strategies that directly impact Flex’s bottom line.
