Director of International Program Management

We have proven our model in Canada, the UK, Ireland, and Australia and we are now looking for a Director of Program Management to lead the charge into our next phase of global scale. You will drive the cross-functional partnerships required to refine our market-entry playbooks and pilot new territories. In this highly visible role, you will have a direct impact on how Toast serves customers in new markets and how our leaders work together. A day in the life (Responsibilities)  Standardize operational delivery across existing markets and refine our market entry playbooks, partnering with Sales, Onboarding, Care, R&D and Legal to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely execution Master the requirements for every phase of market entry - from analyzing market trends to pinpointing exactly where we’re losing time & re-engineering the process to get Toast in front of new customers faster Identify and mitigate any risks to timelines and project completion, making recommendations on how to get project back on track  Understand project roadblocks and serve as a connective tissue within the organization to help resolve them, influencing relevant stakeholders Develop project management artifacts, including regul
