JOB PURPOSE As Growth Director , you will be the commercial driving force behind DEPT®'s growth in Switzerland. You will be responsible for winning new clients and exceeding our growth ambitions across Digital Experience, Technology, Commerce, Data & AI . Our services span Digital Strategy, Customer Experience, CMS & Digital Experience Platforms, Commerce, Data & AI, and Digital Transformation . Will you bring the next leading Swiss client such as CSS, Ricola, CONCORDIA or Lufthansa to DEPT®? In this role, you will be part of the Swiss Growth team, working closely with specialists across Experience, Technology, Commerce, Data and AI. You will build and maintain a strong commercial pipeline, lead strategic business development initiatives, and own the complete sales lifecycle—from identifying new opportunities and leading pitches, tenders and RFPs through to commercial negotiations and seamless client onboarding.
