We’re hiring a Director of Global Leads & Prospects to own and drive our global strategy for converting prospective customers into first-time buyers. In this role you will lead a unified global organization and drive results across 18 markets, with accountability for lead-to-first-order conversion performance at scale. You will lead a team of marketing professionals operating in a global distributed footprint. To succeed, you will bring deep expertise in prospect lifecycle and conversion marketing, familiarity with email, mobile, and emerging channels including WhatsApp, in-app, and push, a strong quantitative foundation, and a proven ability to mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver high business impact globally. You will … Own the global Leads & Prospects strategy across 18 markets multiple brands, with full accountability for lead-to-first-order conversion volume and quality Develop and execute a comprehensive prospect lifecycle strategy—including first-touch to conversion journey mapping, acquisition and nurture roadmap design, and data-driven segmentation and personalization frameworks—grounded in a deep understanding of prospective customer behavior across markets Lead multi-channel execution across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push, and In-App—maintaining ongoing testing, segmentation, triggered campaigns, and personalization to drive engagement, opt-in growth, and conversion efficiency across global markets Build and standardize global Leads & Prospects frame
