Director, Data Analyst/BI Engineer

THE ROLE: We are looking for a Director, Data Technology to serve as the strategic and technical anchor for the data and measurement ecosystem behind our client work. This is a builder's leadership role, and you are equal parts data engineering leader and marketing technology expert. You understand how modern data platforms are architected, governed, and scaled; how semantic and analytical layers enable trusted decision-making; and how the infrastructure, automation, and operational processes underneath them run reliably at scale. You are equally fluent in marketing technology and measurement strategy. You understand how customer interactions become measurable signals, how consent and privacy requirements shape data collection, and how those signals flow through an organ
