Lead the preparation and production of residential housing and apartment projects as Director of Housing Construction at Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Utrecht. You will be jointly responsible for overall business operations and future viability of the Utrecht region office, reporting to the managing director. Your scope covers both the preparation phase (design and engineering) and production of housing projects (single-family and multi-unit). You will be a key external representative and visible face of the organization, with a primary focus on achieving profitable, quality growth while maintaining business continuity. You will advance the company's professionalization and growth strategy within an integrated construction organization, building and refining acquisition and production processes for housing projects.
