We are looking for a Scrum Lead to support the Digital team’s operational PODs supporting work across our digital initiatives. As a Scrum Lead, you will facilitate scrum team events across multiple teams. You will have strong scrum/agile/lean experience, be a motivated self-starter, and have experience working in a SaaS environment.   This role requires a people-oriented approach with high emotional intelligence, a desire to help team members grow, and the ability to maintain transparency and collaboration in a fast-changing and sometimes ambiguous environment.
