About this role
Flow Traders seeks an experienced trader for their Digital Assets Trading team, with potential placement in Amsterdam, Hong Kong, or New York. The role involves developing and managing profitable trading strategies in both centralized finance (CeFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) markets. You will work with a global team of traders, quantitative analysts, and engineers to identify market inefficiencies, optimize strategies, and contribute to 24/7 trading operations and risk management across multiple exchanges and protocols.
What you'll likely bring
- Proven track record of profitability from a leading proprietary trading firm or demonstrated consistent PnL generation
- Hands-on experience owning and deploying trading strategies in production environments
- Expertise in low-latency CeFi trading and/or on-chain DeFi trading
- Deep understanding of crypto market structure, execution mechanics, and liquidity dynamics
- Ability to identify and exploit market inefficiencies across exchanges and protocols
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with traders, quants, and engineers globally
