About this role
As a Delivery Engineer, you will travel to customer sites in the Rotterdam region to ensure their IT environments are functional, secure, and ready for use. Your work spans installing workstations and hardware, executing migrations, and resolving technical issues on-site. You serve as the trusted technical contact for various clients, managing everything from hardware replacement to Microsoft 365 migrations and new environment setup. You work independently while collaborating with colleagues to find effective solutions and keep customers informed of progress.
