Data Scientist (Baltic Business Analytics Department)

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in developing and maintaining statistical and/or machine learning models within the insurance or financial sector Strong knowledge of Python and SQL Proven experience with data cleaning, feature engineering and predictive modeling Ability to work with large datasets and apply statistical and machine learning techniques for pricing and risk assessment Experience with WTW Emblem or Radar will be considered an advantage Native Lithuanian and good English communication skills for collaboration across the Baltics Analytical mindset with creativity and curiosity to explore new approaches and solutions Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and understandable way
