Role Overview As a senior-level individual contributor, you will establish and scale enterprise-grade data governance while leading advanced Workday analytics. You will bridge the gap between People Operations, Finance, and IT to ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR), and innovation through Gen AI-driven reporting. Key Responsibilities 1.
