About this role
Lead the organization's data and analytics strategy as the bridge between business, data, and technology teams. You will identify insights needed for strategic decision-making, determine which data sources to unlock, and drive adoption of data-driven recommendations across the company. Work closely with stakeholders from commercial, operations, and digital functions, serving as a strategic advisor to leadership. Oversee the full spectrum of data and analytics work: translating business needs into concrete data products (dashboards, reports, analyses), managing priorities on a roadmap, and leading the design and evolution of the Azure Cloud Data Analytics platform. Collaborate with external partners to integrate new data sources, build ETL processes, and develop Tableau solutions.
