Are you customer-oriented and interested in working in a fast-paced, international, and diverse environment? We are a global manufacturing company looking for a new team member to join our Customer Service team.
This is an office-based role based either in Eindhoven, the Netherlands or Timisoara, Romania at the Isho Offices.
What You Will Do
Build trust-based partnerships with customers and colleagues, acting with integrity and respect in every interaction.
Proactively communicate relevant updates to customers, helping to manage expectations and offering suitable solutions whenever possible.
Review backlogs and forecasts to support customers in reaching their operational and business goals.
Coordinate special shipping arrangements with man
