You implement ambitious growth strategies, further develop sales channels, and lead your regional sales and sales-support team. In doing so, you ensure the highest service quality for our customers and regularly present results and strategies to headquarters. YOUR TASKS Manage and further develop PACCAR Parts sales to dealers and, together with dealers, to fleet and retail customers (e.g., sales campaigns, pricing, analyses, bonus/incentive proposals) Develop and implement regional growth and sales strategies including (inter)national sales plans Build and maintain close relationships with DAF dealers and key accounts; identify new product and service potential Develop market and pricing strategies in cooperation with PACCAR Parts Europe Strategy; monitor local market trends and derive actions Analyze purchasing and market behavior based on market research and derive concrete measures Lead, coach and develop the regional team and actively manage the dealer network Regular reporting to the Regional Sales Direct
