About the role The Country Director, Australia and region will be ABI's senior accountable leader for the Australia business. The role owns the full P&L, leads the AOP and commercial strategy, and is responsible for translating ABI's growth ambition into a sustainable, partner-led operating model across this country.  The Country Director has one clear country agenda, stronger senior relationships with 3 local partners and new partners, improved route-to-market execution, and a scalable commercial model for Corona and future ABI portfolio growth. What you'll do: Owns the full country economics and makes choices that improve sustainable growth and profitability. Builds senior relationships, negotiates priorities and holds partners accountable for performance. Turns ABI ambition into clear market choices across brands, packs, customers, channels and investments. Designs routes to market and customer models that improve access, control and execution quality. Builds long-term brand equity while delivering annual volume, revenue and margin commitments.
