About this role
Join AKD's People Acquisition & Growth team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for full-cycle recruitment across the Benelux region. You will manage hiring for lawyers, tax specialists, and notary candidates at various experience levels, optimize candidate journeys, build talent pools, and advise hiring managers on recruitment strategy. Working alongside one other specialist and three campus recruiters, you'll shape your role while collaborating closely with business units to develop effective recruitment approaches.
