Corporate Legal Counsel As Corporate Legal Counsel within Corporate Legal’s Advisory team, you will primarily be working on matters relevant to Adyen’s public listing in the Netherlands. You will also help the team facilitate our major corporate projects such as, capital markets enquiries, complex corporate projects and corporate development. This is a strategic role that is important to sound corporate governance practices and continued sustainable growth. The role requires someone effective at cross collaboration, who excels at decision making in a fast-moving complex environment. Knowledge of and comfort with the Market Abuse Regulation is imperative to success.
