At FrieslandCampina in Amersfoort, you will transform the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process from 'volume-driven' to 'value-driven'. You are the proactive business partner who doesn't stay in the background, but actively contributes, builds, and drives profitability across the entire value chain. As a Senior S&OP Controller, you are the key financial connector within FrieslandCampina's matrix organization. Operating from the head office in Amersfoort, you will be part of the central S&OP controlling team (Global Plan & Deliver Finance). Your objective? To support and back financial decision-making around the balance between Demand (Go-to-Market / Sales) and Supply (Make / Production Plants). In doing so, you help align inventory levels, plant capacity, and service levels to maximize the value of raw milk (valorization).
