About this role
As Contract Manager at Asfaltcentrale Eindhoven, you will serve as the strategic advisor to project leaders and managers, translating contractual complexity into actionable opportunities. Your primary responsibility is establishing clear contractual frameworks before project execution begins, ensuring the execution team can work without contractual concerns. You will manage contract documentation, handle complex issues that arise during project realization, and liaise with the client's contract manager to resolve disputes before they escalate legally. You will also work collaboratively with contract managers across other KWS locations and promote internal awareness of contractual requirements among colleagues.
