About this role
Join as a Consultant to drive organizational transformation projects with small to mid-sized companies. You will initiate and manage client engagements, design customized organizational structures, compensation policies, and performance development frameworks. Work collaboratively with clients on tailored solutions using the proprietary Model Baarda methodology. Projects vary in scope and duration, and you'll partner closely with a team of fellow consultants, customer success managers, and academy leadership.
What you'll likely bring
