Computer Vision Engineer — High-Tech Semiconductor Systems

STTLS is entering a new phase: next to customer-driven engineering projects, we are developing new business in semiconductor tools based on our own IP position. We work directly for leading players in semiconductor manufacturing and semiconductor tool supply.   The Settels Savenije way of working defines how we create impact: we take ownership of program success, work in close cooperation with our clients’ stakeholders and contribute as an independent development partner.   From our base in Eindhoven, you develop practical computer vision solutions for high-tech semiconductor systems. The focus is on image-processing algorithms and Python-based implementation for precision measurement and alignment applications. You translate complex measurement challenges into reliable software, camera and lighting concepts, and validated vision modules that work in demanding cleanroom environments. This is an engineering role, not a pure research or AI role: your work must perform robustly in real machines. What you will do Develop and implement image-processing algorithms for high-precision measurement and alignment applications. Translate measurement concepts into efficient, maintainable Python software using libraries such as OpenCV, NumPy or SciPy.  Define practical camera, lens, lighting and calibration choices needed to make the algorithms work reliably.
