Our Company Planning and Programs team focuses on creating alignment and clarity around our near- and long-term strategy at Okta. We are the connective tissue that ensures our top-level company methods and functional plans are translated into clear, actionable, and trackable initiatives. We are looking for a versatile, highly adaptable Programs and Planning Specialist to join our team in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will balance your time between driving our strategic planning rhythms (~60%) and acting as a flexible Project Manager (~40%) who can parachute into cross-functional initiatives as needs arise.
