Acting as the bridge between Product Development and Kitchen Operations, you'll ensure every new meal is optimized for commercial production, delivering exceptional quality, consistency, and efficiency. From establishing yields and validating production processes to driving weekly menu launches, you'll be at the heart of Factor's culinary innovation. What You'll Do Drive culinary excellence by leading recipe scale-ups, refining production processes, and ensuring successful commercialization. Prepare and execute R&D recipes at production scale, including ingredient planning, equipment coordination, production execution, plating, and organoleptic evaluation.
