Coordinate and oversee the implementation of Social Return commitments across diverse construction projects at Dura Vermeer. You ensure that social value agreements are executed in practice, not just documented on paper. Working from the Social Return Bureau, you maintain quality and consistency across projects, verify compliance with stakeholder agreements, and provide guidance to project teams on proper Social Return application. You manage contracts, liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers, and produce accountable reporting that demonstrates measurable social impact aligned with the company's values.
