About this role
Central point of contact for clients regarding change requests and proposals in Risk & Compliance. You manage intake of client requests, coordinate with internal teams (Risk & Compliance, Change, Operations), and prepare proposals according to established processes. You advise on prioritization, optimize processes, ensure SLA compliance, and oversee all audits and questionnaires from lenders. You also handle non-functional communication to financial institutions.
