We’re looking for an entrepreneurial leader to become our CEO, Mexico and build our presence from the ground up. You’ll be instrumental in driving our commercial growth and positioning bunq as the go-to financial partner for our users. You'll be the driving force behind our success in the Mexican market, turning our vision into clear actions that have a direct impact on our product and millions of potential users. Take Ownership As our CEO, Mexico, you’ll play a critical role in solving our biggest challenge: winning the Mexican market by building a bank that people love to use. Country Success: You will have full ownership of bunq's success in Mexico. Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute a local commercial strategy to hit user growth and revenue targets. Stakeholder Management: Communicate with and manage a broad set of stakeholders including Marketing, Product, and external partners. Regulatory Compliance: Perform a Senior Management Function (SMF) and ensure proper governance, compliance, and oversight, building trust with local regulators. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team to achieve our ambitious goals.
