Join Adyen's Customer Risk Review team as a CDD Risk Analyst. You will conduct comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for high-risk merchant accounts, working across compliance, commercial, product, and technology teams. Responsibilities include managing complex risk assessments, identifying changes in customer profiles, documenting risk shifts, recommending mitigation strategies, and contributing to process improvements. You will also mentor junior team members and participate in cross-functional projects to enhance operational capabilities.
What you'll likely bring
- 2–4 years of experience in payments or financial services industry
- Ability to lead end-to-end KYC and EDD review processes
- Knowledge of compliance policies and external regulatory requirements
- Capability to analyse customer ownership, structure, and activity changes
- Experience documenting risk assessments and recommending mitigation actions
- Willingness to mentor junior colleagues
