About this role
Volunteer catering role at Wijkkeuken Woensel, preparing and delivering à la carte lunches for Lunet's headquarters. You'll work alongside program participants in a kitchen setting, helping prepare meals and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere where participants feel valued. The role includes occasional catering for meetings. Currently operating Mondays and Thursdays (9:15–13:00); the position is specifically for Thursday support. Future expansion of catering services is planned.
What you'll likely bring
- Ability to contribute ideas for rotating menus
- Willingness to deliver lunches by cargo bike or personal transport (approximately 10 minutes travel)
- Affinity for working with people with intellectual disabilities
- Ability to empower and recognize participants' strengths
- Commitment to following HACCP food safety guidelines
